David Maddox, founder of MIC, began his career as a Union Ironworker and after 7 years of working in the field, decided to take a chance at being an entrepreneur. MIC started as a single person performing part-time mobile welding operations. In January of 2015, the first employee was hired and we began installing rack and pinion elevators all over the Midwest for a local elevator service group. We quickly got back to our roots doing small steel buildings. We quickly grew into performing larger steel erection projects and Industrial maintenance.

MIC has the knowledge and experience to necessary to perform projects of various sizes and work scopes.
